FAQ's

When should I place my rental order?

You can book a reservation up to 6 months in advance, and schedule your order to arrive 1-2 days before your event.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all 50 states via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. You are responsible for the *Please note that very large or heavy items are not available for shipping outside of the LA/OC area. Those items are marked local only.

Do you charge for delivery?

Yes we do.

Local LA/OC – We will deliver your items to your front door via delivery truck. The delivery charge is based on the city we are going to. Next day delivery is available for Los Angeles/OC, based on availability of items, for an additional $50 on top of basic delivery fee.

Non-Local – Your package will be delivered by USPS, UPS or Fed Ex and will be based on the best available rate at the time of ordering. You will see the price on the checkout page. Rush orders are available at the expedited shipping cost. You are responsible for the shipping costs to you and we pay for the return shipping. There will be a return label in your order.

What if I need to make changes to my order?

Additions are subject to availability of items.

Local LA/OC – Additions must be made 72 hours in advance of delivery date. We request that no deletions be made less than 14 days prior to your delivery date

Non-local – Additions must be made 14 days before delivery date. We request that no deletions be made less than 21 days prior to your delivery date.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel within 5 days of placing your order. Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

Damaged or Missing Items?

We understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable, and the $10 insurance fee covers minor stains and damage. But significant damage and missing items aren't covered under the insurance. If the item is damaged beyond repair, the fee is the retail price of the item. If the item is never returned, the fee is double the retail price of the item.

Late Returns

Any items returned after the return date indicated on the invoice will continue to accrue rental fees until merchandise is returned.

How will I know how to set everything up?

There are Party Stylist Tips under each item on our web-site. We give you ideas on the number of ways each item can be used and tip on how to hang or display them. There are also great pictures of the items in action so you can simply mimic those. If you have any questions before the event a Party Stylist can help you. If you live in LA/OC you can hire a Party Stylist on our Add-On section to set-up your items for you.

What if I have my heart set on a theme that you don’t offer?

We are always super excited to take on new themes. Give us a shout with your theme idea and we will provide you with a custom quote for design and sourcing.
